CloudPassage Halo — 30 May 2017
Hotfix Release Notes
The 30 May 2017 hotfix release of CloudPassage® Halo® includes a variety of minor corrections to the Halo portal interface and to scan functionality.
Corrected process for loading issues into the Issues view
Some customers may have encountered instances in which the Open Issues subtab of the Issues view failed to load its issues. This error has been fixed.
Connections view now respects aggregate data setting
Previously, when viewing the Connections view with aggregate data turned off, the view continued to display all aggregate connections. This issue has been fixed.
Indicator appears when agent is not the latest version
Previously, the Agent Version field in the server-level profile panel did not display the indicator that should appear when the agent is not the latest recommended version (as of this hotfix release, that means all agents with a version number less than 4.0.1). This error has been fixed.
Scrolling in the Policies subtab restored
Some customers may have experienced an inability to scroll in the Policies subtab of a group’s Settings view. This issue has been fixed.
Navigation arrows corrected on Issue Details sidebar
Some customers were experiencing problems with the navigation arrows on the group-level FIM Issue Details sidebar, in which the back or forward arrows became non-functional before all issues for the group had been traversed. The problem has been corrected.
Now possible to resolve multiple issues from group-level Issue Details sidebar
Previously, when resolving multiple issues from a group-level Issue Details sidebar, only the first issue was marked as resolved, rather than all selected issues. This error has been fixed.
SVA scan results no longer show issues for nonexistent packages
Corrects a rare issue in which a software vulnerability scan on Windows reported incorrect software packages.
PDF export of SVA scan results now functional
In some situations, customers attempting to export SVA scan results in PDF format received error messages and the export failed. The issue has been corrected and export is currently functioning properly.
Corrected error when viewing list of missing files in FIM scans
Previously, when a user viewed FIM scan results that included a large number of results of type "missing [file]", and if the user clicked Show More to view additional scan results, error messages could appear in place of the additional results. That problem has been fixed.
Servers list on Server Event History screen no longer disappears
Previously, on the Server Events History page in the portal, typing a search string into the text box at the top of the Server(s) drop-down menu could in some instances delete the entire list of servers from the menu. That error has been corrected.
