Rule Check: User Has Password
The User Has Password check determines if the specified user or list of users have passwords in /etc/passwd. The /etc/shadow file is also checked if it is being used.
The account name or names to check. This can be a single account name or a comma-delimited list of account names. The account name must be used, not the account UID. Extra spaces are ignored. The ALL keyword can be used to specify that all accounts on the system should be checked.
