Rule Check: Process Presence (Windows)
The Process Presence check for Windows verifies whether or not one or more processes are running on the server. This check applies to all running processes, including Windows services.
The name of the process to search for. Can be any valid process name or a comma-delimited list of names. Wildcards are not allowed, although you can use the asterisk character (

This check fails if any of the listed processes is not running.
|Should not be running||
This check fails if any of the listed processes is running.
|Allowed to be running||
This check fails if any running processes is not listed. If you choose this option, the check functions as a whitelist: the check passes if all running processes are listed, and it fails if any process not on the list is running.
