We strongly recommend that you set up a backup credential when you enable two-factor Portal login. However, if you only have one method set up, or you have lost both, please see the instructions below:
- Contact one of your Site Administrators as soon as possible. A Site Administrator can change your two-factor credentials (phone number / Yubikey registration) to allow you to log in.
- If you are a GhostPorts user, your Site Admin may want to temporarily change a firewall rule to prevent access from your account, on the chance that someone may attempt to access a server using your Halo account and phone/Yubikey.
- If you are yourself a Site Administrator, you have no backup login method available, and you have no backup Site Administrator who can change your credentials, please contact email@example.com
